Please ensure that you are logged in with the same account that you used for purchasing the course. Once logged-in, please go to My Courses. If you still cannot see the course, then please send details of your transactions to us at info@qling.net. We will verify your purchase and get back to you.

It is possible that the mails are going into SPAM folder. Please check your SPAM folder and mark courses@qling.net and info@qling.net into the safe sender list. If your e-mail provider allows, then please mark qling.net as a safe domain. This will allow you to receive all the important e-mails that we send you.

Yes. Conditions for issue of certificate are mentioned on the course page. Currently for all courses, certificates are only issued once the assignment has been approved by our experts. See our certificates and badges page for more details.

Yes. We have three badges for each skill - Intermediate, Accomplished, and Expert. Like the certificates these are issued only on assignment approval.

Yes. We maintain the history of all our students. If you send us the certificate, we will be able to verify the authenticity.

The certificate is issued only once the assignment is approved, therefore we rely on verifying the demonstration of learning.
